Valley USD 321 Parents and Guardians:
Kaw Valley families can now complete enrollment for the 2018-2019 school year
with the convenience and flexibility of online enrollment. Our system allows
parents and guardians to securely update information, fill out paperwork and pay
fees. Online enrollment saves families valuable time and saves our district
valuable resources. Below you will find information on how you can complete the
enrollment process for your child(ren). You are still welcome to attend
enrollment in person (enrollment information). We
are just letting you know that Online Enrollment is now an option.
If your student in Kindergarten through 12th grade attended Kaw Valley Schools
To get started, visit the following link:
Log onto the PowerSchool Parent Portal.
If you do not know your Username or Password, click on Forgot
Username or Password? A help email will be sent to you at the email
address used to create your account. If you are not able to
retrieve your login credentials in this manner, please call the
office of the building your child will attend during the 2018-2019
school year for assistance.
Select the tab on the top of the screen for the student you wish to

Click the form below the name of the student you are enrolling.
Fill out the form and submit. Please be sure to check and update
any information that is auto filled. Read carefully as some fields
will need to be formatted a certain way. For example, names should
be listed as last name comma first name and phone numbers will need
to be in xxx-xxx-xxxx format. Repeat this procedure for any other
students you will enroll.
Please note that links to paper health forms and paper athletic
forms can be found at the bottom of the electronic registration
form. If your child(ren) require these forms, please fill them out
on paper and turn them into the office of the building(s) your
child(ren) attend. Each office has these forms available to you on
paper. If you prefer, you can download and print those forms from
the links provided.

To Pay Student Enrollment Fees
-Click on Create New Account at the bottom of the Login Window
-Fill in the required information and click create account
-At the top click on browse and go to student fees
-Enter the same username and password that you use for your

To Pay School Meal Balance:
-At the top click on browse and go to Food Service Payments
-Under Add New eTrition enter your students Patron ID number and
CONFIRM ETRITION **This
number can be obtained from the office of the building(s) your
-You now have the option to add an amount to your cart for that
student and checkout
-If you need to add more students then you can click continue
shopping and add the next Patron ID number and click CONFIRM
-Next time you return to Food Service Payments you will NOT have to
add Patron IDs because they will already be there. You will be able
to go to choose eTrition dropdown menu and choose the student you
want to pay a meal balance for.
