Open Enrollment
In accordance with Kansas law (K.S.A. § 72-3123) and Board policy (Open Enrollment), non-resident students (students who reside in Kansas but not within the Kaw Valley USD boundaries) may enroll in and attend an Kaw Valley USD school, subject to capacity and meeting good standing requirements. On or before May 1 each year, the Board of Education determines capacity for each grade level in each school building of the District for the upcoming school year. Open Enrollment applications are accepted January 1, 2025 - June 15, 2025.
