Communications Resources

Stay connected with all things Kaw Valley! We utilize many different methods of communication to keep families updated and informed.

The Kaw Valley App can be downloaded on Apple and Android. Application subscribers can customize whether they only want to see one school or all of the schools. The application includes events, the dining menu, news, and live feed updates.

Classtag is an online platform, as well as an app, that can be downloaded to your device. This platform is used at both the school and classroom levels. Elementary school teachers utilize this platform to share information about your child's classroom. Junior/Senior high schools are beginning to utilize the platform as well and will be sending home more information about Classtag.

PowerSchool is the student information system used by USD 321. You can find your student's attendance information, grades, and lunch account balance through the PowerSchool application. PowerSchool can be accessed online with your login credentials given to you by your student's school, or through the downloadable application to your phone.

Facebook is the social media platform used by all USD 321 schools. Look to those pages for up-to-date information about activities, athletics, and other things happening throughout the school.

SMS Text/Push Notifications are used when there is emergent information that must be shared with parents such as school closings, bus changes, or other important information. Please ensure that your student's school has the most up-to-date contact information for you in order to receive these notifications.
