On Friday, six talented RHS art students spent the day at Washburn Art Day—exploring hands-on workshops, learning new creative techniques, and connecting with other young artists!
🍕 They enjoyed pizza and an inspiring talk from a Washburn art graduate who shared her journey from student to professional artist.
🏆 To top it all off, Axel Chuc and Kiana Barber each brought home 2nd place in their categories!

After more than 30 years of dedication to Kaw Valley USD 321 and Rossville Jr/Sr High School, we’re celebrating Curt Brecheisen, our incredible Assistant Principal and Athletic Director, for his decades of leadership, support, and commitment to our students, staff, and community.
Mr. B has spent his career shaping the lives of countless students—cheering on our athletes, leading with heart, and representing Rossville with pride. His passion for education, sports, and our Dawg community has left a lasting legacy that will be felt for years to come.
While he’ll be retiring at the end of the 2025–2026 school year, there’s still plenty of time to celebrate and thank him for all he’s done for USD 321 and Rossville!
