Thank you to the SMGS Booster Club for spoiling our teachers today in the first day of Teacher Appreciation Week! Teachers got to treat themselves to some snacks and a flower bar where they could build their own bouquet. SMGS has the best teachers and we love getting to celebrate them!
Congratulations to Miss Hannah and Mr. Brody for getting Pawsitive calls home today! Mrs. Hammersmith reported that both Hannah and Brody's Benchmark scores are OFF THE CHARTS compared to the fall. What an accomplishment and a great way to end your year! Go bears!!

Good afternoon,
In looking at the radar and contacting local meteorologists, we are going to postpone the 5th/6th grade music/band concert this evening. We are going to reschedule for this Wednesday, April 30th @ 2:30 PM at the high school. We invite family and friends to attend in person if they can, but we will also be live streaming the event as well on social media. Sorry for any inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding!

Pawsitive Bear Call home for Lucas! Mrs. Mulligan says that not only today, but EVERY day Lucas has arrived ready to work and takes responsibility for his learning! His hard word has really paid off as he has made great progress. Lucas is also very respectful in her classroom. He is a great model of SMGS expectations!
AM Preschoolers enjoyed an indoor Egg Hunt and the PM Preschoolers made a trip to the Manor to visit the residents and hop along on an egg hunt with the Easter Bunny!
We had a surprise visitor in our school this morning greeting students! The Easter Bunny hopped in to say “Hello”!
