Shiloh got to make a Pawsitive Bear call home today! Shiloh has done a great job in reading! He has gone from reading basic sounds to reading 27 WORDS in a minute!! He has been practicing and working so hard to get better. We are so proud of you Shiloh!!

Congrats to all of our spelling bee finalists in our SMGS Spelling Bee this morning! Peter K. took 2nd place, Austin P. won 3rd, and our Spelling Bee champion is Carson W.! Carson and Peter will move on to the Pottawatomie County Spelling Bee on Feb 7th in Wamego. Congrats again to all our spellers!

Kevin made a Pawsitive Call home today! Kevin has been working on his handwriting all year. Today, he showed responsibility by using his best handwriting yet on his spelling test without any prompting!!! Keep up the super work Kevin!!!
Congratulations to our very first Pawsitive Bear call home in 2026--Bennett Medley. Bennett's teacher, Mrs. Stallbaumer, reports that Bennett has shown great responsibility by staying focused during his Reading Plus lessons. He has read over 6,000 words during his reading lessons.
