We are counting down the days to our Pre-K family engagement event Big Art, Big Heart! Join us Sunday, September 28 for some large-scale fun and learning. We will be painting a suburban, a five foot duck, creating a 10 foot long mural, and more. Our afternoon preschoolers experienced painting a big, big, big stick together today and are going home with a party invite in their backpack.

We hope you will join us this Sunday afternoon for our Big Art, Big Heart event! Today, our morning preschool classes had the opportunity to experience large-scale art by painting big tree branches. They are very excited about the BIG art party Miss Dori is throwing for them and their families.😊

It’s always a fun day when the “big kids” come over to SMGS to hand out player cards and get our kids excited for game day! Go Bears!

Pawsitive Bear call home was made by Owen today! Ms. Strole says that Owen is a leader in the classroom. He takes initiative by doing the things that need to be done without being asked. His classmates look up to him because he is kind and patient and helpful. Way to be a leader Owen!!

In case you did not receive that hard copy that went home with students, here is the activities calendar for the month of September.

Two for one! Jack got a Pawsitive Call home AND it's his birthday. It was reported to Mr. Medley that Jack is a kind friend in class and encourages others. He is also helpful and responsible! He was seen picking up scraps of paper on the floor several times and throwing them away without being asked. He also did a great job leading his group in the hallway back to the classroom. Great job Jack and Happy Birthday!!
